Finned Rollers Refill Packs
Our finned rollers refill packs allow worn rollers to be replaced quickly without having to replace the entire finned roller. They are a practical addition to our finned rollers, allowing you to continue using the existing handle.
The replacement rollers are designed for our push-fit system and are easy to change. This saves costs, reduces material consumption and ensures economical use in everyday applications.

Advantages
With our refill packs, only the roller needs to be replaced when worn. The frame can be retained and reused. This saves material and reduces the cost of replacing worn components.
Plug System Instead of Screwing
The replacement roller is fitted onto the matching frame and securely held in place. To replace it, the old roller is pulled off and replaced with a new one. No screws are required.
Replacing the roller
- Hold the roller firmly with your fingers or the palm of your hand.
- Pull the roller off the handle.
- Slide the new replacement roller onto the handle until it is fully seated.
Application
The replacement rollers are used to release trapped air from laminates during the processing of fibre-reinforced plastics. They help remove air trapped within the laminate and support even compaction of the material during the laminating process.
Materials
The replacement rollers are made of robust POM, a wear-resistant plastic with good chemical resistance. The material is easy to clean and suitable for repeated use in laminate processing.
