Finned Roller – Barrel
The barrel finned roller complements the straight finned roller for curved and contoured areas within the laminate layup.
The barrel shape avoids localized pressure points, ensuring reliable de-airing even in complex geometries.

Plug System Instead of Screwing
As with the straight finned roller, the roller here is only plugged onto the frame, not screwed on. If worn, only the roller
needs to be replaced – the frame remains in use. Matching replacement rollers are likewise available as refill packs –
simple, cost-effective and generating less plastic waste than disposing of roller and frame together.
Application
The barrel finned roller is used when laminating GRP and CRP components with curved or contoured surfaces, where
the straight finned roller reaches its limits.
Materials
The roller is made of robust, wear-resistant POM. The frame is galvanized and fitted with a PP handle.
