Infusion Connector Mini Cross for Vacuum Infusion
The Infusion Connector Mini Cross enables compact cross-routing of spiral hoses in vacuum infusion. Its small footprint makes it particularly suitable for small components and compact infusion setups.
The flat underside rests beneath the vacuum film and supports a reliable seal at the connection area. The cross-shaped pass-through routes spiral hoses in different directions, while an additional opening on top allows the resin feed to be connected.
- Connection for resin feed on top; spiral hose is routed through the cross opening
- Material: PP – chemical-resistant
- Media: epoxy and polyester resin
- Temperature: -20 °C to +90 °C, briefly +100 °C*
- Application: compact cross-routing for small components
| Item No. | ⌀-Hose | PU | Material | D1 | D2 | D3 | H1 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ICMC-08-100 | 8 mm | 100 | PP | 8 mm | 6,5 mm | 30 mm | 14 mm |

Advantages
- Compact design for space-saving infusion setups
- Cross-shaped pass-through routes spiral hoses in different directions
- Additional upper opening for a separate resin-feed connection
Application
The Infusion Connector Mini Cross is particularly suitable for small-scale infusion setups where little space is available for
hose routing.
Depending on component size, several Mini Cross units are often combined in one setup.
Materials
The Infusion Connector Mini Cross is designed for use with epoxy and polyester resin. The polypropylene (PP) used is
chemical-resistant.
Which Diameter Matters?
Two different dimensions matter for the Mini Cross: on top, the hose for the resin feed is connected – here the outside
diameter is relevant, and it determines the item variant. In addition, spiral hoses are routed through the cross opening
and laid within the part; the dimensions of this pass-through (D2) are independent of the item variant – see table.
Custom Solutions
