Demolding Wedge
Our demolding wedges make it easier to separate the moulded part from the tool in composite manufactu- ring. Thanks to their wedge-shaped geometry, the part can be released from the mould gently and under control.
The wedges are available in five sizes, covering a broad range of applications – from small detail work to large-area moulded parts.

- Temperature: -40 °C to +90 °C, briefly +110 °C*

Application
Demolding wedges are used wherever moulded parts made of GRP, CRP or other fibre-reinforced composites need to
be released gently from the mould.
Depending on component size and mould geometry, different wedge sizes are used, often several at once at different
release points.
Materials
The demolding wedges are made of robust, dimensionally stable Plastic with good chemical resistance to common release
agents and resin systems.
